Facilities For People With Disabilities
If you require facilities for people with disabilities, please notify the Conference Office by indicating on your registration form.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate medical, travel and personal insurance prior to the commencement of the event.

Name Badges
The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions, trade exhibition and social functions included in the registration fee.
No Smoking Policy
Delegates should be aware that smoking is banned in public buildings and many hotels and restaurants throughout Hervey Bay. The venues being used for pre-Conference workshops and for the Conference are smoke-free venues.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will be located in the Foyer, Peppers Resort and will be open every day of the Conference. Please collect your registration documentation as soon as possible after your arrival. The Registration Desk will be open during the following times:
Wednesday 2 September 2009 3.00pm – 5.00pm
Thursday 3 September 2009 8.00am – 5.30pm
Friday 4 September 2009 8.30am – 4.30pm
