Online Registration is now open

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING

You can register in three ways:  online, by fax or by post.  Only one form per person.

Please be aware that it is conference policy that registrations and accommodation MUST be paid for prior to the start of the conference.

The Conference Organising Committee is delighted to offer the discounted member rates to AUSTAFE financial members.    Not a member?  Why not join and attend the Conference at a special discounted member rate?

Entitlements

Full Registrations:
Includes Conference sessions, Final Programme & Abstract Book, satchel,  morning and afternoon teas, lunches, Welcome Reception and a ticket to the Conference Dinner.

Member & Conference Registration Package: Includes 12 months membership to AUSTAFE, Conference sessions, Final Programme & Abstract Book, satchel,  morning and afternoon teas and lunch on registered day only.  It does not include tickets to the Welcome Reception or the Conference Dinner.

Day Registrations:
Includes Conference sessions, Final Programme & Abstract Book, satchel,  morning and afternoon teas and lunch on registered day only.  It does not include tickets to the Welcome Reception or the Conference Dinner.

Accompanying Persons:
Includes Welcome Reception and a ticket to the Conference Dinner, Final Programme & Abstract Book, and satchel.  It does not include access to Conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas and lunches at the Conference.


Registration Confirmation/Tax Invoice
Once your registration form has been received it will be processed and a confirmation letter emailed to you generally within 10 working days (this may be higher at peak registration time).  A tax invoice will also be emailed to you.   Payment is required to be finalised prior to attendance at the Conference.

Alterations
Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone – they must be in writing and can be sent by the following methods:

Multiple changes or sharing of registrations will incur a $25 per change/person additional fee.  

Cancellation & Refund Policy:  Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Conference Office. Cancellations up to Wednesday 22 July 2009 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $110. Refunds after this date will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Conference provided the Conference Office is advised in writing.  Multiple changes or sharing of registrations will incur a $25 per change/person additional fee.  Cancelled social function tickets are refundable prior to Wednesday 22 July 2009. Tickets cannot be returned for reselling or refunded after this date.

Onsite Registration
If you have not registered by Wednesday 26 August 2008 you will need to register onsite. The Registration Desk will be open from 3.00pm on Wednesday 2 September 2009.  Onsite registrants are not guaranteed a Conference satchel nor social function tickets.
